Mom of two grown daughters, two randchildren and one on the way, stepmom of three grown boys, back in 2005 my feet started to hurt so I was sent to a Podiatrist, I was told by the surgeon that I need to have tarsal tunnel surgery(same as carpal tunnel) but it is your feet, so I went ahead and did the surgery had both done at same time to get it over with....well I am now disabled, I have sever nerve damage from this surgery...I was misdiagnosed not only that I was not given the right test, come to find out anyone and everyone needs to have an EMG to "rule out" neuropathy I have gone thru the darkest days of my life, can not even explain the pain if you have ever seen the movie Mysery that was me. I use to lie in my bed in Boston Mass and dream of living in Flordia I wanted to surround my self with beauty, I wanted to live in a place where I could going swimming every single day, I also needed sunshine, I am happy to say I now live in Apollo Beach Flordia I have been here 10 weeks monday, I feel like a million dollars, I got myself of so much medication and I feel like Janice, I have to tell you when you dream it, invision it, it will happen I believe that prayer, I prayed a lot!! I believe anyone can make their dreams come true I feel so very blessed
